A Message from Coach Richardson
The Florida Tech Women's Lacrosse program is launching our 37 Hours of Giving Challenge to generate funds that will provide our scholar-athletes with top-tier equipment, resources, and experiences.
Our student-athletes are dedicated to restoring Florida Tech to an elite-level program that consistently competes for championships in both the Sunshine State Conference and NCAA Division II.
A core value of our program is Legacy—leaving the program better than we found it. After speaking with many of you over the past few months, one message stands out: the deep desire to see Florida Tech Women’s Lacrosse return to championship-level competition. We recognize the foundation you built through years of dedication and hard work, and we are committed to honoring that legacy.
A coach once told me, "Tradition never graduates." More than just striving for championships, I want Florida Tech Women’s Lacrosse to be known for its tradition of community, family, and strong alumni connections. Strengthening the relationships formed during Alumni Weekend and ensuring that your support, wisdom, and energy continue to drive this program forward is a priority.
We are training, pushing, and working to be the best we can be. With your support, we will compete at the highest level and restore excellence to Florida Tech Women's Lacrosse.
